OUR INSURANCE PARTNERS

We accept many PPO insurances. Usually, these are plans where you have the ability to choose your dentist.

Benefit plans we work with include Delta Dental, Met Life, and many more. Each plan is different and dental benefits can be difficult to understand. Contact us if you are unsure whether we accept your plan.

FINANCIAL AND APPOINTMENT POLICIES

Payments may be made by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also participate with most insurance plans. In addition, we offer CareCredit as a financing option.

We understand that unexpected dental bills can sometimes strain finances. If this happens, talk with us immediately by calling us. If you help us keep the lines of communication open, we can usually work out acceptable arrangements.

Missed appointments without a reasonable excuse may incur a $50 fee for the doctor's time. Please give the office 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your reserved appointment time.

In order to reserve extended appointments with the doctor, you may be asked to provide a deposit toward your treatment plan of $75 or 10% of the scheduled services.
